God often designs timing delays, reverses seeming unfortunate happenings, and arranges "chance" meetings because He loves each individual.  Recently this was made very real to AGWM personnel in Spain, Nadine Fabbri.  Nadine shares the following story:

"It was 12:50pm.  While waiting for my missionary friend Joy to arrive at the bus station, I received an SMS from her to tell me the bus was running late.   But God had planned this from the beginning.  He orchestrated it because he loves Nelly.
 
Nelly is a 28 -year-old from the Canary Islands.  She flew into Sevilla and was going to take the bus to her friend's house about an hour away.  She put her ATM card in the machine to get money for her ticket and it "ate" the card.  She was stranded in the bus station in Sevilla and was beside herself, not knowing what to do.  She began to ask God for help. 
 
It was about then that God began to prompt me to go speak with her.  I obviously didn't know what had happened.  What I did know was that God wanted me to speak to her.  She told me her story and I said, "Let me buy your ticket for you."  It was only about $15.  She was in shock.  I told her I wanted to help her because Jesus loves her and it was He that told me to talk to her and help her.  She began to ask me all kinds of questions, and I told her my testimony.  I began to share what it means to have God as your Lord and Savior.  She said that she had never been open to a message like this before even though she grew up in the church. 
 
I remembered that I had a Bible in my car so when my friend Joy finally arrived, Nelly walked with us out to my car to get it.  There I asked her if she would like to pray with us and ask Jesus into her life, and she said YES!  Joy shared some more about repentance and prayer and what the decision means and then led her in prayer.  She became overwhelmed with emotion and totally melted in tears. 
 
It was a beautiful moment and I am so thankful that God is in control of the timing of everything.  Had Joy been on time I would never have met Nelly.  But He loved her so much that He set the  stage for this day... Joy's late arrival, the ATM card being eaten, where I sat in the bus station...everything.  God is so amazing.  He will go to any length to bring one of His lost sheep home."
